Our panel of local experts will discuss their current approach to planning for clients with taxable and non-taxable estates at the Federal and/or state level for DC and Maryland, the increased importance of income tax and optimal basis step-up planning, planning strategies to consider before year-end, and non-tax considerations that remain important to all clients.
