He also will discuss: (i) obtaining maximum flexibility for long-term trusts, (ii) avoiding potential problems and unintended restrictions, and (iii) recent trust law developments.\n \nSpeaker Biography:\nBenjamin Pruett is Fiduciary Counsel for Bessemer Trust. Prior to joining Bessemer in 2006, he practiced law in Atlanta, Georgia for 18 years, most recently with King & Spalding, LLP.  Mr. Pruett is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), where he serves on both the Business Planning Committee and the State Laws Committee, and is also active in the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section.
