Fischer, CFA, ASA is the Chief Executive Officer and a Managing Director of Cortland Valuation Group, Inc. (“CVG”), with more than 30 years experience in valuation and transaction advisory services. She is responsible for corporate operations, providing functional support across the organization. Margaret also coâchairs CVG’s oversight committee for the firm’s valuation technical standards. She plays an active role in working closely with clients, providing authoritative oversight to the valuation engagement leaders.\n \nAnne Meltzer, CPA/ABV, ASA is a founding member and Managing Director of Tucker & Meltzer with more than 30 years experience in accounting, consulting and valuation. Anne has been providing business valuation services since 2000 for purposes of estate and gift tax planning, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), corporate planning and advisory, and buy-sell agreements. In addition, she has issued numerous financial opinions in connection with ESOP transactions.  \n \nRadd L. Riebe, JD, ASA, AEP® is a Managing Director in the Valuation Advisory group. He has extensive experience in the firm’s Trust and Estate Advisory Services group. Radd’s business valuation experience over 35 years encompasses a wide range of industries, over 3,000 engagements, and has been performed for numerous purposes including fairness opinions, estate and gift taxation, ESOPs, marital dissolutions, stock option grants, recapitalizations, blockage opinions, buy -sell agreements, mergers & acquisitions, Subchapter C to Subchapter S conversions, and other tax, corporate, and litigation related matters.\n \nR. CHRISTOPHER ROSENTHAL, CPA/ABV/CFF, ASA, AEP® is a managing member at Vallit Advisors, with more than 30 years of dispute consulting, forensic accounting, and valuation experience. Chris’s practice is focused on dispute consulting and expert witness testimony in a wide variety of complex litigation matters.
