WDCEPC New Professionals Forum
The Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council is excited to introduce the inaugural WDCEPC New Professionals Forum, a five-week educational and networking program designed specifically for professionals who are beginning their careers in estate planning.
Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the multidisciplinary estate planning profession while building meaningful relationships with peers and experienced practitioners from across the Washington, D.C. estate planning community.
Who Should Attend?
This program is designed for new professionals with less than two years of experience who are pursuing careers in:
- Trusts & Estates Law
- Trust Administration
- Life Insurance
- Accounting
- Financial Planning
- Philanthropic Advising
- Business Valuation
Program Format
Participants will meet on five consecutive Tuesdays for:
- A one-hour educational session led by an experienced WDCEPC member representing one of the Council's core disciplines.
- A one-hour networking reception immediately following the program at a nearby restaurant or bar, providing the opportunity to connect with fellow participants and presenters.
By the conclusion of the Forum, participants will have developed valuable professional relationships and a broader understanding of the collaborative nature of estate planning.
