Program Description and Benefits:
The resources to fund personally owned life insurance usually comes from either cash flow or savings and is only limited by existing resources.  Trust owned life insurance funding may have limitations due to both gifting capacity and resource limitations.  The Art of Premium Financing is in knowing the extent of limitations,  understanding and evaluating creative trust funding techniques and which products are most suitably combined with the best funding techique.

Speaker Biography: David A. Wexler, CLU, ChFC, AEP®

David A. Wexler is a founding member of Greenberg, Wexler & Eig, LLC, a Member Firm of M Financial Group, where he specializes in the design and management of insurance portfolios for high-net-worth families, business owners, and affluent clients.

A recognized technical authority on insurance planning and products, David is a frequent speaker for professional and continuing education programs. He currently lectures at the Georgetown University Law Center LLM program on the use of life insurance in estate planning and has also lectured at the George Washington School of Law and the ACTEC Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute. He has published numerous articles in industry and trade journals and has served as an expert witness.

David is a past president of the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council and has held numerous leadership positions within the insurance and estate planning professions. He has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as a Top Financial Advisor and is a member of its Top Wealth Advisor Hall of Fame.

David earned his CLU and ChFC designations from The American College and holds the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP)® designation from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.

  • Fees: No cost for active members; $60 for guests and emeritus members
  • Closest Metro: Metro Center
  • Parking is available in a variety of nearby paid lots.
  • Registration and lunch begin at 12:00 pm and the program begins at 12:20 pm.
  • Guests are warmly welcome when accompanying a member host.
  • A no show fee will be assessed to members who register but do not attend without prior cancelation.
