Program Description and Benefits:
President-Elect Biden has proposed sweeping changes that would raise estate and income taxes for wealthy individuals. Our panelists will examine President-Elect Biden’s gift, estate, and GST tax proposals, along with other proposals they expect to see introduced in Congress. They will discuss the possible timing of legislation, and whether it is likely to be retroactive or only prospective. Then the panelists will propose planning techniques to consider before any legislative changes are enacted, including both planning for a reduced estate and gift tax exclusion, and planning for higher income and capital gains tax rates. Panelists will also answer your questions on these topics.

This is a 90-minute presentation.
